The Rio-Antirrio Bridge, a subsidiary of VINCI Highways, has launched a new version of the MyGefyra mobile application, redesigned by ViaPlus to deliver a more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly experience for e-pass subscribers. The updated app introduces a variety of new features aimed at improving functionality, convenience, and overall customer satisfaction.
In addition to a modernized interface that provides smoother and more enjoyable navigation, the new version includes enhanced services such as reload and crossing history, the ability to search products and accounts using filters, a simplified reload process using debit or credit cards, and secure biometric login capabilities.
Users can also receive automatic notifications when their account balance is low, helping them reload in time and avoid interruptions during their journey. Real-time traffic updates for the bridge further support trip planning and provide travelers with timely information.
The new version of the MyGefyra app is available for download on Google Play for Android devices and the App Store for iOS devices.
The redesigned application represents another step in improving services for subscribers of the bridge's E-Pass discount programs, particularly during the busy summer travel season. By combining an enhanced digital experience with practical self-service features, the app helps travelers manage their accounts more easily and efficiently.
To accommodate increased summer traffic volumes, the Rio-Antirrio Bridge has also strengthened its operational capabilities through additional staffing at the toll plaza and increased availability of electronic toll lanes.
