ViaPlus is proud to introduce a new innovation to its Haven® Customer Operations platform that will improve the call experience for customers and service agents alike.
The new AI copilot in the Haven® platform prompts customer service agents (CSRs) with auto-generated responses to customer questions in real time. The copilot draws from a database of 100+ programmed inputs and tracks inquiries to identify where additional inputs may be needed. When the call is complete, it generates a summary and scorecard for fast and automated quality control.
The benefits? Increased accuracy and quality assurance, faster resolution, less escalation, and more satisfactory calls for service agents and their customers.
